Hello all,
I don't know if it's a scam or not but I have received a texto from Fido saying that they will change my prepaid plan (10$/month) to 10.75$ for 50 minutes local and 50 messages. It looks like they want to force to use postpaid plan as the prepaid plan can be accumulated
as I don't use the cellphone that much, only for emergency case. It's really ridiculous as the way they want to make money badly like that. They said that change was compliant with CRTC code . They ask to contact their customer service if I want to keep my plan or cancel the phone plan.
Is there anyone receive the same message as me? How do you think?
